Except of course that the Madrid attack was in 2003, not 2002.
You also left out the two attacks by Jemaah Islamiyah in Bali in 2002 and 2005, or are they just a couple of facts that don't fit the theory?

Madrid was 2004.
There is no formal theory here ... just hypothiese.
